As Doğa Barkod San. ve Tic. A.Ş., we recognize the health and safety of our employees, visitors, subcontractors, and all parties affected by our activities as our highest priority.

Accordingly, we are committed to:

• Complying with all applicable occupational health and safety legislation and other relevant obligations.
• Identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing the necessary control measures to prevent occupational accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational diseases.
• Providing a safe and healthy working environment to prevent work-related injuries and ill health.
• Continuously monitoring, measuring, and improving our occupational health and safety performance.
• Supporting employee consultation and participation by considering their opinions and suggestions.
• Providing all employees with occupational health and safety training appropriate to their duties and increasing their awareness.
• Ensuring safe working conditions for machinery, equipment, and work areas.
• Developing the necessary emergency preparedness plans and conducting regular emergency drills.
• Ensuring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and monitoring its use.
• Ensuring that subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors comply with occupational health and safety rules.
• Continuously improving our Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with the ISO 45001:2018 standard.

This policy is endorsed by the top management of Doğa Barkod San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and will be implemented with the participation of all our employees.
